第十七屆農畜產品品質非破壞性檢測技術國際學術研討會

 

 

國立臺灣大學生物機電工程學系(以下簡稱本系)2024.10.29,假臺灣大學鄭江樓信義講堂,主辦第十七屆農畜產品品質非破壞性檢測技術國際學術研討會(The 17th International Workshop on Nondestructive Quality Evaluation of Agricultural, Livestock and Fishery Products)。此活動與財團法人農業機械化研究發展中心共同主辦,協辦單位包含中華農業機械學會、臺灣生物機電學會、國立臺灣大學生物資源暨農學院智慧農業教學與研究發展中心及國立臺灣大學生物能源研究中心,補助單位為國立臺灣大學生物資源暨農學院。此次研討會共邀請四位國際知名學者,美國伊利諾大學香檳分校的Prof. John Reid、美國華盛頓州立大學的Prof. Qin Zhang、日本東京大學的Prof. Wei Guo,與西班牙瓦倫西亞理工大學的Prof. Francisco Rovira-Mas。研討會參與人數184位,國內外講者及主持人15位,合計197位。四位學者也於2024.10.30參訪本系各實驗室,瞭解本系最新的研究成果,並與本系進行學術交流,四位學者對於本系的研究能量都予以非常正面的認可。此國際學術研討會使更多國際知名學者認識臺灣,並提升臺灣在智慧農業方面的國際間能見度。

 

 

The 17th International Workshop on Nondestructive Quality Evaluation of Agricultural, Livestock, and Fishery Products

 

 

The Department of Biomechatronics Engineering at National Taiwan University (hereinafter referred to as the Department) hosted “the 17th International Workshop on Nondestructive Quality Evaluation of Agricultural, Livestock, and Fishery Products” on October 29, 2024, at the Shin-Yi Lecture Hall, Tseng Jiang Building, National Taiwan University. The workshop was co-organized with the Taiwan Agricultural Mechanization Research and Development Center, the Chinese Institute of Agricultural Machinery, Taiwan Institute of Biological Mechatronic, the Center for Intelligent Agriculture Education and Research at National Taiwan University, and the Bioenergy Research Center at National Taiwan University. The workshop was supported by the College of Bioresources and Agriculture at National Taiwan University. Four internationally prestigious scholars were invited to the workshop, including Prof. John Reid from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the U.S.A., Prof. Qin Zhang from Washington State University in the U.S.A., Prof. Wei Guo from the University of Tokyo in Japan, and Prof. Francisco Rovira-Mas from Universitat Politècnica de València in Spain. A total of 197 participants joined the workshop, including 15 local and international speakers and moderators and 184 attendees. On October 30, 2024, the four scholars visited laboratories of the Department to understand its latest research achievements and to engage in academic exchanges. They all highly recognized and positively acknowledged the research capabilities of the Department. The workshop not only introduced Taiwan to more internationally renowned scholars but also enhanced the visibility of Taiwan in the field of smart agriculture on the global stage.
