
在俄烏戰爭中,兩國都對對方的關鍵基礎設施,如銀行、電力和交通等進行了系統性的網路攻擊,展現出資訊戰的嚴重性。此外,隨著科技的進步,太空中的網路安全已成為國際間的焦點。特別是低軌衛星,其在軍事、民用和商業領域的多功能性使其成為潛在的攻擊目標。而現今的 5G 技術,不僅在基礎架構如 RAN 上,甚至在 5G virtualization 的應用系統中,都面臨著嚴重的資安威脅。這再次提醒我們,即使我們的資安措施再完善,仍然存在被突破的可能。因此,持續的資安研究和更新是至關重要的,以確保國家和民眾的資訊安全。

In the Russo-Ukraine War, both sides launched systematic cyberattacks on vital infrastructure like banks, power facilities, and transportation systems, underscoring the seriousness of information warfare. Additionally, as technology advances, the issue of cybersecurity in outer space has gained international attention. Specifically, low-orbit satellites, with their multiple applications in military, civilian, and commercial sectors, have become potential targets for cyberattacks. Moreover, even with the latest 5G technology, there are significant cybersecurity concerns, not only in the infrastructure like RAN but also in the application systems of 5G virtualization. This once again reminds us that despite having robust cybersecurity measures in place, there is still a possibility of breaches. Hence, continuous research and updates in the field of cybersecurity are crucial to safeguard the information security of nations and their people.
