NTU Department of Biomechatronics Engineering

Application Period: From April 1, 2026, until 5:00 PM on April 20, 2026.

Required Attachments for the Student Academic Paper Award are as follows:

1. 2025 Student Paper Award - Document Submission Checklist, please check each item.
2. The application form must be typed (please download from the college website -- College of Bioresources and Agriculture / Related Regulations / Student Affairs).
3. List of publications (please indicate the title and number of papers for which you are the first author, co-first author, or corresponding author).
4. Two copies of the reprint or photocopy of the accepted or published academic paper.
5. Chinese or English abstract of the paper (for English abstracts, please indicate that the document is the paper abstract).
6. Co-author consent form.
7. Proof of the paper's ranking in its academic field.
8. Copy of diploma or certificate of enrollment.
9. All the above documents must be submitted electronically. Documents should be arranged in order. Paper documents should be clipped separately to avoid stapling or placing them in folders to facilitate processing by the college office.
