The Republic of China National Taiwan University Biomechatronic and Agricultural Machinery Alumni Association is a legally established, non-profit public benefit social organization. Its purpose is to integrate the strength of alumni across regions, promote professional cooperation and cultural exchange among alumni, foster solidarity through a spirit of mutual assistance, advance academic and departmental development, and ultimately give back to the alma mater and society. The association's tasks are as follows and shall be promoted and executed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
1. Enhance connections, mutual assistance, and exchanges between alumni and the home department
2. Strengthen academic research and practical development
3. Regularly convene alumni general meetings and co-organize gatherings for graduating classes
4. Contribute to society
