1. AY 2025–2026 Graduate Student President's Scholarship Checklist (Please verify each item sequentially).
2. Application Form (Must be typed in Word format; handwritten forms will not be accepted).
3. One copy of the final version of your graduation thesis (including abstract).
4. One photocopy of your graduation certificate (Eligible for graduates from September 2025 to June 2026. For those who have not yet received their graduation certificate, please attach a signed photocopy of the Verification Letter from the Oral Examination Committee).
5. One official copy of your complete academic transcript over the years.
6. One recommendation letter from your thesis advisor.
7. One official copy of your Certificate of Merits and Demerits (Disciplinary Record).
8. Proof of Journal Ranking (JCR Journal Quartile) for the journal papers listed in the application form.
9. Other supporting materials (e.g., published academic papers/works, patents, or certificates of award from competitions during your graduate studies).
10. (1) CV (Refer to the example provided), (2) Consent to Data Collection, (3) Personal Data Protection Consent Form. (Please also provide the electronic files for items (1) to (3): item (1) must be in Word format; items (2) and (3) must be scanned as PDF files after physical signature).
11. Electronic files are required for all the aforementioned documents (Both WORD format and the stamped/signed PDF format are mandatory). Please arrange the documents in sequential order. For paper documents, please secure them with paper clips individually; do not bind them into booklets or insert them into folders, so as to facilitate processing by the College. Students who wish to apply for the scholarship, please read the attached application guidelines and eligibility criteria carefully, and submit the electronic files of your application form and supporting documents to shanshanliu@ntu.edu.tw before 17:00 on Monday, August 3, 2026. Additionally, please submit the hard copies to Ms. Shan-Shan Liu at Room 214, Agricultural Machinery Engineering Building.
