To help students connect with the industry earlier, the TSMC New Employee Training Center (NTC) has specially designed the "Practical Semiconductor Course" (Fundamentals of Equipment Components, Fundamentals of Process Tools), bringing cutting-edge industry technology and practical hands-on experience directly to campus.

E Course Dates: 2026/09/12, 2026/09/19, 2026/10/03, 2026/10/17 (4 consecutive Saturdays)
E Course Time: 09:00 AM – 17:30 PM
E Location: TSMC Central Taiwan Science Park Site - Fab 15A
E Transportation: Shuttle buses provided to and from designated points on the NTU campus
n Departure: 06:20 AM (NTU Campus)
n Return: 18:00 PM (NTC)
E Important Notes:
n Students who complete this course and meet all requirements will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, which can be used to waive the "Practical Semiconductor" course requirement in the TSMC Program.
n This course is fully supported by the organizer, TSMC. Students do not need to worry about costs regarding round-trip transportation, lunch, or insurance.

● Certificate Requirements
Students must fulfill the following 3 criteria to receive the Certificate of Completion:
1. Full Attendance: Must attend all 4 Saturday sessions. Absence on any day will result in forfeiting the certificate.
2. Rule Compliance: Strictly adhere to course rules and TSMC Information Security regulations (Special Reminder: Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited within the facility area after arriving at the site).
3. Passing Grade: Achieve an overall score of 70 or above.
ü Learning Assessments (80%): Daily evaluations based on course content (Out of 100 points; no retakes allowed)
ü Learning Attitude (20%): Includes class participation, practical exercise performance, and overall engagement
