
首先概述疾病模型,以及其中用到的動物、甚至是細胞系等等基礎知識,會運用各種不同的技術,如:誘導性癌症模型、基因工程鼠等等,並且針對不同疾病有不同處理方式,重要的是:其實疾病模型動物不等同於動物疾病更不同於人類疾病,所以其中觀察到的機制機轉或是症狀等等都需要注意,其中講者也藉由肝臟的切片影像為例,帶出醫學影像以及人工智慧判讀病理特徵,甚至是對於未來診斷的預測相關議題,對於未來相關研究是相當有幫助的。

Firstly, an overview of disease models involves fundamental knowledge concerning the animals and even cell lines used. Various techniques are applied, such as induced cancer models, genetically engineered mice, and different treatment approaches for distinct diseases. Importantly, disease model animals are not equivalent to animal diseases, much less human diseases. Hence, observations of mechanisms or symptoms within these models require attention. The speaker used liver slice imaging as an example to illustrate medical imaging and artificial intelligence in interpreting pathological features, even predicting future diagnostic aspects. This discussion proves highly beneficial for future related research endeavors.
