本次的演講是探討細胞受機械刺激之模擬應用於人工眼角膜的開發以及研究,為了克服細胞培養中的不確定性,講者研究了角膜細胞的基本力學行為,特別是細胞遷移方面並分析細胞外基質和機械力對細胞的刺激和影響。機械應力在細胞生理和形態學中扮演著重要角色,講者通過改變拉伸截面以增加應變梯度的方法。這種方法通過修改拉伸基板的形狀,使得可以在同一拉伸基板上測量各種應變的結果。該細胞遷移模型,有助於角膜細胞培養環境。

The speech delved into simulating how cells respond to mechanical stimulation for the development and research of artificial corneas. To address uncertainties in cell culture, the speaker delved into the basic mechanical behaviors of corneal cells. Their focus centered on studying how extracellular matrix and mechanical forces affect cell stimulation and migration, particularly in terms of strain. They introduced a method to modify the stretch area, increasing the strain gradient, and allowing the measurement of various strains on the same substrate. This cell migration model is beneficial for the cultivation environment of corneal cells.
